Step 2. Attatch and run your tying thread along the hook shank until it hangs plumb with the hook barb, so as to make a good solid foundation for attatching the skirt and head. |

Step 6. Follow this with yet another 6-7 rubber legs in another colour , but this time a little longer strands than the others. You should have also built up enough rubber on the hook shank now to hold the popper head secuerly. |

Step 8. Now it’s important that you follow these instructions correctly. From the flat (back) side of the popper head, find the lower centre of the head (vertical centre 2/3rd down )and push a sharp clean dubbing needle through the head. It’s important that you find the true centre, this will make the popper sit right in the water and not keel to one side. Push your dubbing needle so the hilt of the needle goes into the hole in the popper head. This will enlarge the opening so as to take the hook eye and shaft. |

This is the most effective popper that I have ever used. There is no subtle spalshing with this popper, the boil and sound Best regards |
