Vice President Sales North America
We are looking for dynamic individuals to further grow Mustad’s position in North America.
The VP Sales will be overall responsible for the sales team and activities in the USA and Canada and will be the driving force in the further development of our market position. Tasks include:
- Maintaining and improving customer relations by providing a high quality and responsive service. Customers include large US distributors, a range of smaller distributors and retailers and a number of representatives spread across USA and Canada
- Monitor and recommend products, services and commercial initiatives that will continue to increase the potential for future sales
- Develop accurate Sales Forecasts and strategies for achieving the forecasted goals
- Leading the team of 3-5 highly skilled sales people
- Collaborating closely with the global sales team and supply chain operations in order to continually optimize our delivery precision
Qualifications & personal attributes
- We are looking for an experienced sales manager with excellent track record in terms of driving sales growth
- Preferably experience from the fishing tackle industry, but not a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial skills
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
- Extensive experience from development/sales to retail chains.

Key Account Manager – Manufacture to Manufacture (OEM) Business to Business sales
We are looking for dynamic individuals to further grow Mustad’s position in North America.
The Key Account Manager (KAM) OEM will be responsible for growing our OEM business in USA and Canada, including:
- Identifying and gaining a new customer base within this important growth segment
- Maintaining and improving customer relations by providing a high quality and responsive service
- Monitor and recommend products and commercial initiatives that will continue to increase the potential for future sales within the OEM market
- Collaborating closely with the global sales team in order to increase our global OEM business
