Mustad Sales Manager Jeff Pierce has made it to the front page of Sport Fishing Magazine. This is what it says in the April 2009 issue:

No single species is associated more closely with both tournament fishing and the use of kites than sailfish. This airborne sail, caught mid U-turn, grabbed the live bait of Jeff Pierce, Mustad Hook’s famed “Dr. Fish,” in the 2008 Miami Billfish Tournament just after lines out. Pierce says: “I handed off the rod, grabbed my Canon DSLR and started shooting. We released the fish unharmed – after instructing it to eat the bait a little faster next time!”
