Another Grander from Ascension Island

This 1043 lb Blue Marlin was caught on the 4th July 2004 from Denis Froud from England, fishing aboard "Harmattan" with mate Bernhard Glade and Capt. Matthias Henningsen. The fight took around 1 hour 20 minutes. The fish was caught with a hook rig made out of 2 Mustad 7691 S 12/0 stainless steel hooks. This was the fourth 1000 pound + Blue Marlin caught in Ascension Island during the last 20 month using Mustad Hooks.
